We invite you to stay in the heart of Clearwater on 10 acres of beach property. Pier 60 is footsteps away, and we’re a mile from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. The hotel features four beachside covered decks, private cabanas, and a tiki bar on the sand. Bring your family to enjoy time on the beautiful white sand beaches, or be more adventurous with a snorkeling or deep sea fishing trip.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged for all registrations cancelled prior to September 1, 2024. There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the conference start date, with the following exceptions:
- Death in the Family
- Medical Reason
- Natural Disaster
All cancellations should be emailed to BCI Management & Communications at contact@bcimgt.com
Please allow four (4) weeks for processing of any approved refund and documentation if the cancellation is within 4 weeks of the conference. Sunrise NPPA Derm reserves the right to cancel the conference up to 4 weeks prior to the event.
Payment by Credit Card
Credit card charges relating to the conference will be made to Sunrise NPPA Derm, your credit card statement will reflect as such. If you are using a company credit card please provide your employer with this information. Please do not dispute this charge, as it will invalidate your Registration. Checks are NOT accepted as payment for the Sunrise Conference Registration.
CME Accreditation
This program will be accredited through ANCC and AAPA. Currently the program accreditation is pending.
